Appendix A. Report Documentation

Report documentation can be called up for all variants stored in ReportServer. In addition to general information such as the name and ID of the report, this contains detailed information on the configuration.

The following is an example of the documentation for a report.

In addition to some general information, such as the report name and creator, the report documentation also shows the selected configuration. The example shows the report documentation for a graphical report. As the configuration only consists of parameters, you will only find this information in the documentation. The selected values are specified for each parameter. Please note that the values displayed here correspond to the values displayed in the data.

For dynamic lists, the report documentation shows all selected settings in detail. Parameter settings, if available, are listed first. Then, all calculated fields including the calculation rule are listed. Pre-filters are shown in the form of Nassi-Shneidermann diagrams, similar to the presentation in this manual. Filter conditions are specified in the following form:

All selected columns are listed. In addition to information such as the column name, all selected settings (aggregation, sorting, filter, format, etc.) are displayed here. Filters are specified as in the pre-filter.

Additional information includes the list of TeamSpaces and schedules that contain the specified report.
