  • You will get access to the datenwerke support portal which is your entry-point to enterprise grade support directly from the developers of ReportServer.
  • One hour of free support per month. Additional support can be purchased per incident (we charge 150 EUR per hour) or as a monthly quota at a more favorable price..
  • We guarantee timely responses to your requests (at the latest until the next working day).
  • You get a commercial license if needed to lift the restrictions of the AGPL.
  • You get access to our ticket system and can issue bug reports. In case of critical bugs we provide you with access to patches and hotfixes. (Bug reports are of course not deducted from your included support quota.)
  • You profit from managed releases with detailed update instructions for each new version.
  • In case we become aware of any production-impending or security related issues you will be notified.
  • You get access to all the available documentation for every employee in your company.
